Hi, I'm Alex Diaz, Executive Chef & Owner of Alex's Fresh Kitchen! We're a family-owned & operated restaurant located in Casselberry, FL, serving fresh, made to order meals with the highest quality ingredients. Our location is open to serve you weekly Tuesday-Sunday; and we also conveniently offer delivery via Doordash.
I come from a family that loves to cook, and it's been one of the greatest joys of my life to see my culinary interests as a young man blossom into the deep love & passion I have for food today!
Family, food, and community are our priority here at Alex's Fresh Kitchen - and the lovely young woman pictured in the photo with me is my mother, Deborah "Deb" McDowell who makes all of our incredible gluten-free pastries & desserts at the restaurant.
